§ The Prime MinisterI had a friendly and constructive exchange of views with President Perez on a wide range of subjects, including the development of bilateral co-operation between Britain and Venezuela, multilateral economic issues and political topics of mutual interest. An agreement on industrial and economic co-operation was initialled during the visit.
