§ Mr. MoyleA report by an expert panel set up by the British Medical Association was published in theBritish Medical Journal supplement of 7th April 1973. It contained a number of recommendations on the complex question of human artificial insemination, including the organisation and control of insemination banks. My Department will consider the whole report when it has received further information which the Association, in later discussions with officials from my Department, undertook to collect.
