§ Mr. McElhoneThe work of the Noise Advisory Council on noise levels and the results of experiments in this field are relevant in appropriate circumstances throughout Great Briain. My right hon. Friend will watch this with interest, but he sees no need to mount separate experiments in Scotland at present.
