HC Deb 01 December 1976 vol 921 c194W
Mr. Teddy Taylor

asked the Secretary of State for Trade if he is satisfied that applications for action against dumping will be dealt with without any further delays than at present when responsibility for anti-dumping measures is taken over by the EEC Commission in July.

Mr. Meacher

Yes. The time within which complaints are now dealt with by the EEC is approximately the same as that which applies in the United Kingdom, and arrangements are being made which should ensure that there is no lengthening of this time scale after 30th June 1977.
