§ Mr. Newensasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs (1) if he will discuss with the Hong Kong authorities the introduction of legislation governing the disclosure of information to shareholders, the inclusion of balance sheets on rights issue documents and the separation of capital profits from current earnings designed to bring the conduct of company affairs into line with current United Kingdom practice;
(2) if he intends to publish the report of the Hong Kong Securities Commission into the allegations of insider trading in Wheelock Marden by the chairman and two directors;
(3) if any members of the Hong Kong Securities Commission are directors of Wheelock Marden or associated companies.
