§ Mr. Cryerasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will list the particulars of what the Health and Safety Commission proposes to do as submitted to him by the Commission under Section 11(3)(a) of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
§ Mr. John GrantThe Health and Safety Commission will shortly submit particulars of what it proposes to do for the purpose of performing its functions. The chairman of the commission informs me that he intends to publish an annual report in due course. This will contain a forward look.
§ Mr. Cryerasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will list the directions he has given during 1976 to the Health and Safety Commission under Section 12(b) of the Health and Safety at Work Act.
§ Mr. John GrantMy right hon. Friend has issued no such directions during 1976. We have had no difficulty in achieving the co-operation of the Health and Safety Commission.
§ Mr. Cryerasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will place in the Library copies of the instruments appointing persons to the Executive of the Health 1132W and Safety Commission, and approved by himself and the Minister for the Civil Service as required by Schedule 2 20(3) to the Health and Safety at Work Act.

§ Mr. Cryerasked the Secretary of State for Employment what advice he has received from the Health and Safety Executive following the case of Campbell v. Wallsend Slipway and Engineering Co. Ltd., now that an appeal against the decision has not been made.
