§ The Attorney-GeneralThe House of Lords has not finally determined the costs in the Tameside appeal. No appeal has been heard in respect of Laker Aircraft. The Treasury Solicitor ensures that no unnecessary costs are incurred in litigation undertaken by the Crown.
