Mr. Tom Ellisasked the Secretary of State for Wales which body, for the purpose of planning under the 1973 Act, is the local planning authority for the Snowdonia National Park.
§ Mr. Barry JonesI assume that my hon. Friend has in mind the North Wales Hydro-Electric Power Act 1973. For the purpose of that Act, the local planning authority is the Gwynedd County Council.
