§ Mr. GoldingThe Manpower Services Commission's Job Creation Programme was launched in October 1975, nearly 10 months ago. I am informed by the Commission that up to 30th July 3,089 projects had been approved providing up to 33,366 jobs with a total grant of £42.4 million, 2,059 projects, involving up to 22,421 jobs, had started.
