§ 1. Mr. Formanasked the Secretary of State for Energy if he will place in the Library a complete transcript of the proceedings at the recent National Energy Conference.
§ Mr. Benn,pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 19th July, 1976; Vol. 915, c. 1255–7],gave the following further information:
I have now placed in the Library a copy of the complete transcript of the National Energy Conference proceedings. I expect the full conference proceedings and the conference papers to be published within the next month.
