§ Dr. GilbertYes, it is now being printed and I am arranging for copies to be placed in the Library when the report is published next month. An announcement will be made at the time of publication. Later I propose to consult interested organisations about amending the regulations governing the control of motor rallies. In the meantime, I wish to thank Lord Montagu and the members of the committee for the time they have given to the subject and the care with which they have drawn up their recommendations.
