§ Mr. Kimballasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will put in hand a study of suitable areas in Northern Ireland for the establishment of a new international city similar to Hong Kong, and allow an unlimited influx of British passport holders as a way of stimulating the economy of Northern Ireland and an insurance against the end of the Hong Kong lease.
