§ Mr. Denzil DaviesAny film which, on examination by Customs at importation, is considered to contravene the prohibition on the importation of indecent and obscene articles would be liable to be seized as forfeit under the provisions of Section 44(b) of the Customs and Excise Act 1952. Appeal to a court would then be available under the Seventh Schedule to that Act.
