§ Mr. Simsasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what progress has been made in the negotiation of a comprehensive reciprocal agreement on social security with Canada, which will enable 850W Her Majesty's Government to pay retirement pension increases to British retirement pensioners resident in Canada.
