Mr. Stephen Ross

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, in view of the difficulties facing United Kingdom pensioners now resident in South Africa, he will reconsider his decision not to allow increases coming into effect in the United Kingdom next November to apply to countries with which the United Kingdom does not have reciprocal agreements.
