Friend said that the Government were urgently considering what further steps should be taken to deal with unemployment.—[Vol. 915, c. 1504]—This proposal by Community Service Volunteers is being studied in that context together with other proposals advanced by the Standing Conference on Youth Unemployment.760W My right hon. Friend will be making an announcement on this whole subject very shortly.
