§ Miss Margaret JacksonMy department has for many years offered advice to local education authorities and others, based in part on examples of good practice, aimed at reducing the risk to life and premises by fire in educational establishments. We are currently considering whether advice might usefully be offered, aimed at reducing other kinds of damage.
