Member to the answer I gave to a Question from him on 6th July.—[Vol. 914, c.463.]—The responsibility for tackling problems such as truancy must rest ultimately with individual teachers, schools and local authorities, but in conjunction with the education associations we shall be considering ways in which examples of successful measures can be disseminated.
