§ Mr. Merlyn ReesI have recently received a letter from the Northern Ireland Committee of the Irish Congress of Trades Unions concerning the general question of consultation with Northern Ireland Departments and the particular question of the functions of the Northern Ireland Economic Council. I have arranged to meet representatives of the committee next week to discuss these matters.
