Mr. Biggs-Davison

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when he expects the examination of the information from the hon. Member for Manchester, Blackley (Mr. Rose) concerning alleged South African activities in this country to be completed.

Mr. Rowlands

As the hon. Member will be aware, a further dossier on these alleged activities is being submitted to my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister, by the hon. Member for Manchester, Blackley. It is, therefore, likely to be some time before the examination is completed.
