Mr. Moonman

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) if he will publish in theOfficial Report details of the amounts provided to the British Steel Corporation for its new complex on the south bank of the Tees by the European Investment Bank;

(2) if he will publish in theOfficial Report details of the amount provided to the British Steel Corporation to help finance a new sinter plant at its Port Talbot works in South Wales and a bar mill at the Thrybergh complex near Rotherham, Yorkshire, by the European Investment Bank;

(3) if he will publish in theOfficial Report of the amount provided to Lewis Offshore Ltd. to help establish on the Isle of Lewis, in the Hebrides, a steel fabrication complex for offshore structures by the European Investment Bank;

(4) if he will publish in theOfficial Report details of the amount provided to the British Gas Corporation for different parts of the 425-mile pipeline ssytem which will bring natural gas from the Frigg field in the North Sea to Scotland and North-East and North-West England by the European Investment Bank;

(5) if he will publish in theOfficial Report details of the amount provided to the South of Scotland Electricity Board as a second loan for the Hunterston B nuclear power station by the European Investment Bank;

(6) if he will publish in theOfficial Report details of the amount provided to the Distillers Company Limited for a blending and bottling plant for Johnnie Walker Scotch whisky at Glasgow by the European Investment Bank;

(7) if he will publish in theOfficial Report details of the amount provided to the South of Scotland Electricity Board for the Hunterston B nuclear power station being built in Ayrshire by the European Investment Bank;

(8) if he will publish in theOfficial Report details of the amount provided to the Electricity Council and the Central Electricity Generating Board as a second loan to the Hartlepool nuclear power station in the North-East of England by the European Investment Bank;

(9) if he will publish in theOfficial Report details of the amount provided to the Belfast aircraft concern, Short Brothers and Harland Limited, Northern Ireland by the European Investment Bank;

(10) if he will publish in theOfficial Report details of the amount provided as a loan to Industrial and commercial Finance Corporation (ICFC), today part of the Finance for Industry group by the European Investment Bank;

(11) if he will publish in theOfficial Report details of the amount provided to the North of Scotland Hydro-Electric Board by the European Investment Bank;

(12) if he will publish in theOfficial Report details of the amount provided to the Frigg gas field in the North Sea by the European Investment Bank;

(13) if he will publish in theOfficial Report details of the amount provided to Kent and Essex County Councils to help finance construction of the second tunnel under the Thames at Dartford, due to open in the spring of 1977, by the European Investment Bank;

(14) if he will publish in theOfficial Report details of the amount provided to the Electricity Council and the Central Generating Board, for construction of the Hartlepool nuclear power station in the North East of England, by the European Investment Bank;

(15) if he will publish in theOfficial Report details of the amount provided to the Tate and Lyle group, for the construction of a glucose factory at How-den near Goole in Yorkshire, by the European Investment Bank;

(16) if he will publish in theOfficial Report details of the amount provided to the British Gas Corporation, to help finance a new gas pipeline across England delivering North Sea gas from East Coast terminals to the South-West, by the European Investment Bank;

(17) if he will publish in theOfficial Report details of the amount provided to the National Water Council, for various projects to increase supplies in the North-West of England and also for the Kielder dam and reservoir, by the European Investment Bank;

(18) if he will publish in theOfficial Report details of the amount provided to the British Gas Corporation, for a further stage in the construction of the Frigg gas delivery system in Scotland and northern England, by the European Investment Bank;

(19) if he will publish in theOfficial Report details of the amount provided to British Olivetti, for conversion and expansion of its typewriter factory in Glasgow, by the European Investment Bank;

(20) if he will publish in theOfficial Report details of the amount provided to the British Railways Board, towards the cost of constructing over 2,000 special wagons for their streamlined merry-go-round coal hauling operations by the European Investment Bank;

(21) if he will publish in theOfficial Report details of the amount provided to the Shetland Islands Council, to help finance construction of an oil tanker harbour at Sullom Voe, by the European Investment Bank;

Bank;
