HC Deb 02 August 1976 vol 916 cc559-60W
Mr. Rooker

asked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will make a statement on the holiday leave regulations of the industrial employees of the Quality Assurance Directorate when resident at the contrite when resident at the contractor's place of operations; and how this entilement is affected if the contractor postpones a traditional holiday for several months and the employee leaves the directorate in the meantime.

Mr. Robert C. Brown

Employees attached to a contractor's place of operations are required to conform with the firm's holiday arrangements. If, because of this, leave is due to an employee when he retires or resigns, the date of his departure may be adjusted to make up the loss.
