§ Mr. DellAs indicated by my right hon. Friend the then Prime Minister in reply to Question by my hon. Friend the Member for Leeds, South-East (Mr. Cohen) on 29th March, legislation will be required to establish a British Film Authority. Meanwhile, I am considering the appropriate composition of an interim committee to maintain progress.
