§ Dr. OwenThe consultation paper on child and adolescent psychiatric services will not be issued until the Report of the Court Committee has been received and its recommendations can be taken into account. I understand that Professor Court hopes to be able to submit his report by the end of the summer, and I hope that it will be published as soon as possible thereafter.
