§ Mr. LuardUnited Kingdom legislation and regulations impose no such restrictions. Indian regulations governing this subject are, of course, a matter solely for the Indian authorities. So far as I am aware there have been no serious problems for citizens of the United Kingdom of Indian descent who wish to settle in India.
