§ The LORD CHANCELLORYes. The Chairman of the Law Commission has informed me that under Item I of their First Programme they propose to undertake a review of terms implied at common law in contracts for the supply of goods otherwise than by sale or by hire-purchase. A Working Paper on this topic will in due course be published for consultation in the usual way.
