§ Dr. OwenWe are still receiving the views of National Health Service employing authorities and staff organisations on which employees should be eligible to vote for, or stand as, staff members of regional health authorities and area health authorities. We have received suggestions that only members of unions affiliated to the TUC should be eligible to participate in the electoral process, and also that all members of staff should be eligible.
