§ Mr. Merlyn ReesI am not responsible for the composition of the Ulster Loyalist Central Co-ordinating Committee, but the hon. Member is no doubt aware of it from his colleagues in the UUUC who have on occasion been in touch with it. For my part, I and my officials have met members of the committee on the basis that the ULCCC is an organisation representing a number of non-proscribed Loyalist bodies.
