§ Mr. Clinton DavisThe United Kingdom delegation to UNCTAD IV will be headed by the Secretary of State for Trade. At official level the leader will be Mr. William Knighton—Department606W of Trade. He will be assisted by Mr. J. C. Mason—Foreign and Commonwealth Office; Mr. J. L. F. Buist—Ministry of Overseas Development; and Mr. J. H. V. Davies—Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, together with a number of other officials from these Departments and the Department of Industry.
