§ Mr. Charles R. MorrisCivil servants who attend residential training courses involving free board and lodging do not receive subsistence allowances, but they do receive small allowances to cover incidental personal expenses. Since these allowances are paid by the employing Department for a wide range of residential courses, it is not possible to obtain the information requested without disproportionate expense.
