§ 35. Mr. George Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he is satisfied with the co-ordination of the activities of the Factory Inspectorate with Thames Water Authority and other relevant authorities in the matter of Chromate pollution from the factory premises of Torrens Plating Works as it affects residents in Duncan Terrace, Islington.
§ Mr. Harold WalkerAs a result of information given to me by the Chairman of the Health and Safety Commission I am satisfied that there has been full consultation between Her Majesty's Factory Inspectorate and the local authority and Thames Water Authority in this case.
