§ Mr. MulleySettlements in my Department's field have been within the £6 limit with the exception of those listed below which are covered by the transitional arrangements in the White Paper: university non-clinical academic and related staff; educational advisers and psychologists, school meals organisers and youth service officers employed by local education authorities.
