Mr. CarmiehaelOECD's Committee on International Investment and Multinational Enterprises is working on a package of measures including guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. As I told the hon. Member for Surrey, North-West (Mr. Grylls) on 26th March—[Vol. 908, c.317]—negotiations are still in progress and I hope that proposals will be put before the annual meeting of OECD Ministers in the summer. If agreement is reached, details of the package are expected to be published.
