(2) when he next expects a planning application to be made to establish a hostel for alcoholics in the Manchester, Moss Side constituency;
(3) when he next expects a planning application to be made to establish a care hostel in the Manchester, Moss Side constituency;
(4) when he next expects a planning application to be made to establish a hostel for young people in care in the Manchester, Moss Side constituency;
(5) when he next expects a planning application to be made to establish a hostel for homeless single people in need 421W of care and support in the Manchester, Moss Side constituency.
§ Dr. OwenI am not aware of any impending applications, and would not normally expect to be informed before a body that wished to establish a hostel applied for planning permission to the planning authority, which in this case would be the Manchester City Council.
