§ Miss Margaret JacksonThis award was not subject to current pay limits as it was the result of arbitration commenced before 11th July 1975 on the annual settlement for the previous pay round for a group with an operative date prior to 11th July 1975. I understand that the immediate cost for the 43 educational advisers and 25 educational psychologists employed by Birmingham is £87,000. The annual cost, nationally, will be a little over £3 million.
