§ Mr. Merlyn ReesI have approved in principle a grant for the establishment of a law centre in Northern Ireland. Towards the end of last year I appointed a steering committee comprising representatives of interested parties to advise me on the management and scope of a law centre to serve the Greater Belfast Area; I understand that the report of this committee is now being finalised and will be submitted to me shortly. The report will, I hope, provide a generally acceptable basis for the early establishment of a law centre for an experimental period.
