§ Lord JACQUESTheper capita increase in the United Kingdom National Debt since 31st March 1965 is £256. On the basis of figures issued by the Central Statistical Office of the illegal régime in Salisbury, the corresponding figure for Rhodesia is £8, but this is necessarily an approximation, as there is no officially recognised rate of exchange for the Rhodesian dollar.
