§ Mr. EadieThe 90 per cent. increase since February 1974 relates to fuel cost increases since April 1973, which amounted to about 165 per cent., as well as to increases in other costs—including depreciation and interest—over the last two financial years ending in March 1976 of about 45 per cent.
