§ Mr. Edward ShortOf a total of 1,849 hours Floor time during Session 1974–75, including Question Time, some 76 hours were spent on Scottish affairs, 20 hours on Welsh affairs and 38 hours on Northern Ireland affairs. The English regions are generally dealt with on the Floor in the context of debates on national affairs but excluding Question Time 13 hours were spent specifically on Greater London, including 12 hours on Private Bills; one hour on the North West and half an hour on the West Midlands.
