§ Mr. Frank Maguireasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether a prospective candidate for the next election entitled to four free copies of the 120W 1976 Register of Electors for a particular constituency under section 8(a) of Statutory Instrument, 1969, No. 905.
§ Mr. Merlyn ReesFour copies of the register of electors for a particular constituency will be supplied free of charge to a person who satisfies the registration officer he requires the register for use in connection with his own or some other person's prospective candidature at a parliamentary election for that constituency. Only one such supply will be provided in respect of each prospective candidate.
