§ Mr. Luardasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what provision has been made within the amount allocated to community services in Command Paper No. 6393 for current and capital expenditure on self-help projects undertaken by the black community.
§ Mr. Alexander W. Lyonit is not possible to say in advance how much of the expenditure allocated to community services will be made available for such projects. Funds for that purpose are not specially earmarked, except for the provision included in projected expenditure on grant-in-aid to the Community Relations Commission or any successor body.
