§ Mr. Harold WalkerI am informed by the Chairman of the Health and 587W Safety Commission that the Health and Safety Executive has no records of cases under the Asbestos Industry Regulation 1969 which were settled out of court, since this procedure does not apply to criminal cases such as those taken by or on behalf of the Health and Safety Inspectorate.
