§ Mr. Higginsasked the Secretary of State for Trade if it is now his view that the United Kingdom's non-oil visible trading account in the first four months of 1975 was in surplus.
§ Mr. DeakinsThe non-oil visible balance for January-April of this year, provisionally estimated in May to be a small surplus, was revised in June to a small deficit. While the latest figures show a deficit in January-April of £48 million a month, this is substantially less than the £151 million a month deficit which occurred in 1974.
