§ Mr. Tebbitasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs by what means he satisfies himself that he is aware of the conviction and sentencing of persons charged with offences involving terrorism in those countries which lack a free Press and which prevent free movement of British Press men in order that he may protest to the Governments concerned in those cases which he concludes merit protest.
