§ Mr. CroslandI have no proposals before me requiring a decision. However, the Port of London Authority considers that a seaport at Maplin will be required to meet the longer-term demands for facilities at the port. But authorisation of such a major development under the Harbours Act 1964 would, of course, require clear evidence of commercial viability.
