§ Mr. Sillarsasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will make a statement on the progress of the job creation scheme being undertaken by the Manpower Services Commission.
§ Mr. John FraserSince the Manpower Services Commission announced details of its job creation programme on 9th October, 103 applications totalling £2.6 million have been received. The projects so far approved will provide 64 jobs in Ellesmere Port, 25 in Huddersfield and 27 in Sunderland.
