§ Mr. BishopNegotiations have begun with the Icelandic Government about the future access of British fishing vessels to the grounds off Iceland after the expiry of the Interim Agreement with Iceland. The United Kingdom has taken part in a special meeting of the International Commission for the North-West Atlantic Fisheries at which a number of conservation measures for that area were agreed. Informal discussion has taken place with representatives of the Norwegian Government on general questions relating to the Law of the Sea.
