In Caradon, two of the dwellings reported completed were built by direct labour. The dwellings in Caradon and Penwith purchased from510W smoke control orders were confirmed for each of the regions of England, Scotland and Wales in the period 1970 to 1973 by year, and by quarter thereafter.
