§ 13. Mr. Hurdasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what he estimates to be the cost to public funds this year of Her Majesty's Embassy in Bonn.
§ Mr. EnnalsThe cost of our embassy at Bonn during the financial year ended 31st March 1975 was approximately £1.6484W million. This figure represented costs borne by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, and excluded the costs of some specialist staff borne on the Votes of other Departments and of accommodation borne on the Vote of the Property Services Agency.
Foreign and Commonwealth Office expenditure on the Embassy at Bonn in the present financial year is running at the rate of about £1.8 million.
