§ The Prime MinisterThis meeting, at which I shall take the chair, will be the November meeting of the National Economic Development Council. The Government are initiating a discussion on an approach to a new industrial strategy and, as my hon. Friend will appreciate, I do not wish to anticipate this discussion.
